Taking back the local church

WHY: Many of our institutions can no longer be fixed from the inside out, as they all have one thing in common. They have removed God. When you remove God, you don’t get something neutral. Since God is the only thing good, what you get is unopposed evil. From healthcare and finance, to media and entertainment, and everything in between, we need new leaders with biblical world views. In order to be the salt and light God calls us to be, we can no longer continue to have our youth learning and experiencing life through the humanistic world view taught by the secular institutions that permeate our society.

HOW: The WiseLife is a calling to help God’s people reclaim the center of the community through the local church. Imagine if the church wasn’t just a place Christians went on Sunday. Imagine a place where the body of Christ built economies that supported the needs of God’s people through business leaders using their gifts and talents, all for the glory of God. In order to achieve this, we must first educate and disciple current and future generations through a combination of scriptural, traditional, classical, relational and experiential learning. We must learn how to pursue our purpose in life. We must utilize the abundance of information available to us in a modern world and apply understanding, experience and discernment to not only learn what to do with our lives, but why it matters and how we should apply it in order to build for the Kingdom.

WHEN: God is faithful and long-suffering, but NOW is the time that He is calling His people to action. He has protected many of His children over the years through Godly parents, a strong church, institutions founded by Godly men and women and even a public education system that while having many flaws, never completely removed our Heavenly Father. However, this protection is no longer present in most of our institutions and public schools. God has been completely removed and the decision we must make has never been clearer. Right NOW we have an incredible opportunity to answer the call from God and save our future generations from eternal judgement.
